Several sites and libraries
Cover every library on a site, or a chosen set, and bring other sites into one dashboard.
Libraries
By default ExpiryPoint covers every document library on its site. A site owner can choose a set instead, for example only Policies and Procedures.
Adding sites
A site owner can add other sites to monitor. The dashboard, My reviews and reports then combine every site on the list, with a site filter to look at one at a time.
Permissions
Every read and every action runs with the signed-in person's own SharePoint permissions. Someone who cannot open a library does not see its files in the dashboard and cannot act on them.
Which licence covers what
- Site: one site.
- Site collection: one site collection and every site in it.
- Tenant: every site, up to 1,000 users.
- Tenant Plus: every site, over 1,000 users.
