What the Reports tab shows
- Completion rate: reviews done on or before their date.
- Overdue now.
- A 12-month trend of reviews and on-time rate.
- Results by department (the rule's category column), library and owner.
Export
Export a report or the decision log to Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. The file is made in your browser; nothing goes to Apps 365.
Evidence for audits
For a periodic review control, such as ISO 27001 Annex A 5.1 (policies reviewed at planned intervals), keep three things for the period: the rules that set the intervals, the completion report, and the decision log export.
